INCLUSIONS & OPTIONAL EXTRAS

The website pricing is based on supply of a (modular style) flat-pack building solution. Meaning, we deliver all of the componenets and materials required via truck (or shipping container) to your location (country) and provide you, the purchaser, with clear and simple instructions to assemble and complete each building (combination of pods and/or modules). Note: The only components of the structure that come completely finished are bathrooms and kitchens. We have found this necessary to both; 1. save time during the assembly process on-site and 2. maintain greater quality control thus, ensuring a superior finish on the end product.

Certainly....we are able to quote on assembly and completion of the construction process depending on both location (destination) and the quantity of buildings ordered. Example: we can quote for completetion of construction for; + one (1) or more orderedbuildings delivered within most provinces of Thailand OR + five (5) or moreordered buildings delivered (shipped) to other countries

If you are ordering from within Thailand, the cost can be "estimated" by multiplying the total square meters ordered by either; 6,250 THB (less than 70m2 of ALL combined pods and modules) or, 5,900 THB (between 70-110m2 of ALL combined pods and modules) or 5,650 THB (more than 110m2 of combined pods and modules). For example, a 69.66m2 building with decks and walkways would cost approximately (69.66m2 x 6,250 THB) = 435,375 THB and a 159.26m2 building with decks and walkways would cost approximately (159.26m2 x 5,650 THB) = 899,819 THB to assemble on your site. Note 1: the above pricing does not include the following: a) transport to site and accommodation on site for our assembly team (as we don't know destination of your ECOPOD as yet) or b) transport for your chosen ECOPOD pods and modules (as we don't know destination of your ECOPOD as yet) or c) electric and/or water supply from the street to your ECOPOD d) footings or foundations under your ECOPOD Note 2: please contact us for overseas orders requiring assembly and/or installation

Of course!... we ask only that you order a minimum of five (5) buildings. One building represents at least 1 Living Pod + 1 Bathroom + 1 Connection Pod + 2 Decks [4.2-R] (898,000 THB = FOB Price). Note: please contact ECOPOD here should you require further information and/or pricing about the export of ECOPOD pods and modules from Thailand to your desired country!

Normally, ECOPOD can produce a building or multiple buildings to assembly-ready stage within 10-12 weeks from commencement. Note: for orders of 50 or more ECOPOD buildings we may require an extra 3-6 weeks to reach delivery-ready stage.

For delivery within Thailand or export overseas, ECOPOD requires the following progress payments: 1. 50% payment prior to commencement then; 2. 30% payment upon lock-up of Kitchen and/or Bathrooms then; 3. 20% payment upon completion (assembly-ready) ex factory

ECOPOD appreciates that economies of scale do come into play on larger quantities thus, we are able to offer the following discounts on larger orders (ex factory): + 3.00% discount on 10-39 buildings or + 5.00% discount on 40-99 buildings or + 7.00% discount on 100 or more buildings Important Notes: 1. One building (minimum order size) is either a) 1 Living Pod + 1 Bathroom + 1 Connection Pod + 2 Deck Modules or b) at least 898,000 THB 2. discounts do not apply to custom size/designed pods or modules 3. discounts do not apply on any/all assembly, on-site installation or delivery and shipping

Depending on the destination country ECOPOD can usually provide complaince certificates for the structure, plumbing, electrical, tapware and wet areas prior to delivery (shipping). Note: given that the building(s) are delivered assembly-ready then, we expect it should be simple enough to obtain such approvals at the time of on-site assembly, including footings (foundations), providing plans for your ECOPOD have been submitted and approved by your local authority.

The options are virtually endless as ECOPOD buildings can be configured in portrait, landscape, L shape or U shape designs depending on your requirements and site limitations (if applicable). Note: Should you desire a custom design specifically tailored to your needs and site then, our design team will work together with you to bring your design to life providing it remains within the confines of our production, assembly and construction parameters!

Each pod and/or module is covered by a six (6) year strucural warranty when you purchase "INSTALLED" option from ECOPOD. All fittings and fixtures (sold as part of our pods and/or modules) are covered by a one (1) year architectural warranty when you purchase "SUPPLY ONLY" or "INSTALLED" options from ECOPOD.
